About the Artist

A yoga practitioner & artist born and raised in Rhode Island, but currently based out of the Phoenix, Arizona area. Yoga found him a little over a decade ago, but art has traveled in and out of his life since childhood. It wasn’t until recent that he decided to collaborate the two passions and began creating asana portraitures for practitioners & studios. Having an opportunity to study live figure sketching in Florence, Italy, Steven is mainly self-taught. With preference in mixed media materials ranging from watercolor, charcoal, pastel & graphite, he continues to study and familiarize himself with the human form and it’s capabilities through his asana portraitures.
